Yoga for Athletes.

Yoga packs serious perks for athletes of all sizes and abilities; improving mobility and strength, easing aches and pains, and helping you recover from intense sports training.

Trisha's extensive background in movement + having run her share of half and full marathons means she knows how to tailor yoga to the individual runner.

It doesn't take much so you don't have to rearrange your whole schedule. Yoga breaks incorporated into your weekly routine will go a long way in supporting your performance on the field, court, and pavement.

Beyond the physical benefits, yoga is especially helpful in regulating the nervous system - providing that down beat (regulation) we all need. Your body and mind will thank you! And you don't have to be able to touch your toes to be successful.
