Join Trisha for this one-of-a-kind workshop where you’ll learn to move your whole body through a novel vinyasa flow yoga class that incorporates resistance bands. AND you get to take your resistance band home!
Diversity is a vital component of building strength and resiliency (physically, emotionally, and mentally). Since our body and mind thrive on variety it’s a good fit for progressing our movement vocabulary on the mat. The constant tensile feedback from the resistance band means that we (our muscles and nervous system) get more input as to what we are doing and where we are in any given yoga asana (posture). Come fortify your yoga practice!
