Join Trisha Durham of TRISHA.YOGA for a 30 minute yoga class. She will teach you a number of poses tailored specifically for the runner/walker. The focus will be on regions of the body that get overused and underappreciated. Your body and mind will thank you. No experience is necessary. Bring your own mat.
