Come ready to move and breathe into greater understanding of your own practice through creative transitions, inversions and balance poses. In this class we use props (blocks and straps create space, feedback and build greater understanding and access).
Inter/Adv vinyasa (L2) is a weekly class for those wanting to develop their practice beyond the fundamentals. This class is designed to be challenging. In L2 you’ll still see familiar poses like warrior II and triangle, but you’ll learn to transition more confidently into complex postures. Time and space will be given to work on arm balances like side crow, forearm stand and handstand. You’re ready! Come advance your practice.
