The Bridal Yoga Story
Trisha Durham, E-RYT 500 is the creative maven behind Cincinnati Bridal Yoga. She created CBY because she knows first hand how stressful this period can be for everyone involved, the bridal party in particular. While planning her own wedding, Trisha knew she not only wanted a unique and beautiful event, but one where she felt peaceful, centered and present. Lacking the time to create and teach the bridal yoga class she envisioned for her own wedding party, she knew she wanted to offer that experience to others. She has a natural understanding for envisioning her clients desires and can creatively bring them to life.
Trisha can work with you to create a space of unity and relaxation in the midst of the stress that is typical for the weeks leading up to the wedding.
Extravagant to simple, Cincinnati Bridal Yoga will help you design the perfect bridal yoga experience.
