Get off your mat and into the air!
Aerial Yoga combines traditional mat yoga with postures suspended in the yoga hammock. This unique combination allows us to playfully explore and use gravity to create fluid movements and it is a wonderful complement to your mat (terrestrial) practice. It can release tension and build strength. The silk hammock, like other yoga props, is intended to assist with alignment and broaden your mind-body awareness. The hammock becomes a learning tool that encourages students to expand their understanding of movement.
